The Human Resources Advisory Service provides access to a business orientated HR professional, someone who has knowledge of your business and can provide advice from that perspective. The service involves:

• An initial evaluation of your current people management practices and processes, starting with the simple things like:" Do all employees have contracts of employment?"

• A review of your business plan to establish how well your people policies fit into the overall business objectives

• Practical advice and information on recruitment and selection, appraisals etc

• Once this initial phase is complete we will support you with our Human Resources Advisory Service on all aspects of people management
